We often get requests for organic & vegan wines and this is a stunner and an (oh so currently popular) orange wine to boot. Organically grown from the Estrella District AVA of Paso Robles. Fermented & soaked with its skins for 3 months – all entirely in terra cotta amphora. Oxidative & aromatic in character with candied citrus peels, dried apricots, fennel, and clover honey. Tannic & full-bodied on the palate. This is micro production and usually winery only.
