This month the Experimenter “secondary” wines are both from Greece. Greece has been coming on strong the last few years producing wines of fantastic quality. This is a perfect example of a white that Edwinn and I both love. Made from organically grown Amasia 95% (an indigenous varietal from Greece) and 5% Muscat d’Alexandria. This crisp wine is smooth, juicy and clean with good minerality. Good starter for your Thanksgiving celebration.
Pairs well with seafood, salad, or drink as an aperitif.
