Chamisal Winery was the first winery to plant grapevines in Edna Valley, CA in 1973. We thought it only fitting to bring an older California Estate Grown Pinot Noir to our club to showcase this certified SIP (Sustainability In Practice) organically crafted wine. The palate leads with lavender and rosemary and quickly interlaces with opulent candy cherry, spiced red plum and notes of grenadine. The aging on this wine has really brought so much more to the table in mouthfeel and complexity. Enjoy this wonderful wine with herb crusted chicken or Asian Salad with Banh Mi.
