We’ve loved this producer for some time and often have their non-estate Pinot on our menu. This estate is superior and does a fantastic job of straddling elegance and power. It has aromas of raspberry and cherry fruit. On the palate the same fruits burst with brightness and a fresh edge. There is a hint of dried herbs and a touch of minerality. Enjoy now or cellar for several years. Pinot Noir always benefits from a decant so please do if you have the equipment and time. Pinot Noir is a great pair with any kind of dish with mushrooms and is also very nice with salmon.
