Wine Spectator #12 Wine of the Year 2017. I’ve been a fan of winemaker Morgan Twain-Peterson for years now and we carry several of his hard to get and high scoring wines. This is powerful but elegant stuff, and like most Bedrock offerings, avoids the over-ripeness and clunkiness of many Zin’s out there. This shows the spice, structure, and dramatic aromatics and mouthfeel found in great Sonoma Valley Zinfandel. This wine comes from many different old-vine vineyards largely based around three farms in Sonoma planted in 1888, 1896 and 1905. Drink now through 2026.
