A lab is where people discover and learn. With over 70 wines by the glass, tasting flights that change regularly, and winery events, you’ll be able to do just that. In addition we have craft beers on tap and by the bottle, artisan cheese platters, flat-breads and tapas (check out our menu here.) We hope you are curious about wine and want to try new things. If not, we’ll make sure you have a good glass of wine no matter what your mood. Any wine in our inventory (over 400 bottles) may be opened at the bar.

Our staff is constantly tasting new wines, beers and cheeses with all of your palates in mind (Yes, it is a hard job, and you’ll be glad we do it!) We are especially dedicated to finding interesting wines from family vineyards and small artisan producers. We also keep our customers in mind by offering affordable wines that prove you don’t have to spend a lot to impress or be impressed. We offer over 120 wines for $25 or less to go.

Roger opened Wine Lab in 2008 with the idea to create a comfortable place for people to experience wine. Eventually, Roger left his corporate job behind and has been on a quest to help transport people to another time and place through wine ever since.
Edwinn has a mind packed with wine facts, and loves to share. One of Edwinn's goals is "to help maximize wine enjoyment at any price point". He is especially gifted with food pairings as he graduated from culinary school. Secret talent? miniature penmanship.
Rob sees himself as a translator, a person to help bridge the gap between wine knowledge and wine enjoyment. He takes great pride in helping a customer find a new wine to love. Fun fact: he is an avid ocean photographer.
In college Shauna imbibed her first glass of vino while traveling in Italy. The world's passion for wine has ensnared her. Now Shauna's goal is to teach wine enjoyment... her love is contagious. If you see a blur pedaling past, it might just be Shauna cycling by on her road bike.
Andrew has been hanging out in kitchens since he was a baby with his aunts. He has a lot of experience working from farm to table and enjoys being part of the process from picking to serving. Andrew has a deep appreciation for the vast cheese world.
Sarah is personal chef and bartender. She loves wine and visiting wine country and sharing those experiences with others.
One of our longest serving staff members. She is the go to for wine recommendations for many customers.
Kate has had an interest in wine for over a decade. She began working at Wine Lab so she could enhance her knowledge and share it with customers. When Kate is not at Wine Lab, she is home or on the trail with her two horses.
Jade is fairly new to the wine world, but that helps her relate so well to newbies. She is quick to offer a smile and a terrific suggestion. Jade loves learning and she loves how wine brings people together. She also studies world dance. Favs? Flamenco and African.
You may only catch a glimpse of Rocky because she is usually behind the scenes making things work smoothly in the kitchen, where she feels most at home. She loves the aesthetics of plating and food presentation. Rocky does all kinds of crafts including quilting.
