    We accept Visa and Master Card for online purchases. We do not store your credit card information on any of our systems for your protection. Any credit card info you enter is protected by encryption and only sent to our credit card processor.

    We ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
    We ship to Canada via FedEx.
    We CANNOT ship to: AK dry zips, AL, DE, KY, MD, MA, MS, MT, NJ, OK, RI, SD, UT, WV dry zips

    Both UPS and FedEx charge a $4 fee to cover the adult signature requirement and it is included in the calculated shipping. You will will receive an immediate email confirmation of the order you submit. You will receive a second confirmation after we have reviewed your order, packed your items and shipping tracking number issued.  We do our best to update the web site inventory daily, but there are times a wine will be listed that may be out-of-stock. Due to the limited quantities of many of our wines, keep in mind that you are submitting a request for wines in stock. A request is not an order until a shipping confirmation is sent. Funds will not be requested from your payment method until we have your items ready to ship or pickup. All payments must be made in US Dollars.

    Quantities on certain items may be limited. We cannot guarantee product availability. It is possible that some of the listed prices may contain errors. Wine Lab  reserves the right to adjust listed prices at our discretion, without prior notice.

    A 8.75% sales tax is applied if the wine is purchased from and is being delivered to an address in California. Orders placed outside of and being shipped to an address outside of California are not subject to California State sales tax.
    Policies & Notices
    All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
    Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery may be required to show identification proving that they are at least 21 years old.
    Sale Terms and Conditions as well as your and our respective rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction with any wine purchased from us. In no event shall our liability ever exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for such wine.
    Returns & Replacements
    Freight charges for returned shipment(s) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
    You will be charged a $10 restocking fee on canceled orders paid for by credit card in order to recoup costs incurred in preparing your initial order.
    Privicy Policy
    Wine Lab holds the highest respect for its customers and guarantees our commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any information provided by you to any other party. By registering with us and/or buying wine from us, you will automatically be added to our mailing list but you have the option to "opt-out" at any time.
